R_minute proposes an annual program of videos screened in the city of Nantes on the interactive urban communication system "Info Nantes." Participating artists receive a grant to produce a one-minute video that is screened in rotation for three weeks on "Info Nantes" public computer screens.  This collection of video works can also be viewed online on the R Collective's website.
